This virtual programme will give you everything you need to hold meaningful feedback conversations with your team, your colleagues and your superiors. You will learn: - The importance of timing and context when giving feedback - How to plan, prepare and deliver your feedback to achieve the results you want - How both positive and developmental feedback encourages growth Which will allow you to: - Positively address behaviour and performance challenges with your team - Encourage positive behaviours and performance - Hold meaningful and purpose feedback conversations Agenda (4hrs): Session 1 - The purpose of feedback & planning your feedback conversation Session 2 - Preparing and delivering your feedback

Booking cancelled more than 7 days but less than 14 days before start-date: 50% of your course fee will be retained.
